This Agreement of mutual rescission of a contract made and

The parties recite and declare that:

into a contract, which contract is attached hereto and marked

B. The parties to that contract and to this agreement of
mutual rescission desire to rescind that contract.

For the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of the
mutual covenants of the parties hereto, the parties agree as
follows:

The above-mentioned contract is hereby rescinded as of this
day first above written, and neither party shall have any
further rights or duties thereunder.
